Through close collaboration with the company and its stakeholders, we initiated efforts to enhance the brand's stature. As the business expanded, we oversaw four new store launches, playing a pivotal role in charting the brand's course. Our primary focus centred on designing and producing fast-food menus for expansive direct marketing campaigns, serving as linchpins in the marketing strategies of both brands. Our responsibilities extended to encompass marketing, web design, and signage implementation.
In response to evolving consumer preferences, we developed a responsive online web presence and tailored social media strategies to meet the demand for rapid information dissemination. Our marketing initiatives were strategically aligned with seasonal events and offers, necessitating the creation of bespoke marketing collateral such as internal posters, printed flyers, and signage. To amplify brand visibility, we utilised external advertising channels including 48-sheet posters, banners, and radio advertising.
Our journey with Pizza Co continued even as the brand transitioned to new ownership, remaining steadfast in our commitment to enhancing its visual identity and market presence.
